ABSTRACT
Nana has always been a quiet and shy girl, the type who would rather stay in the background than be the main person of attention. But her heart always raced whenever her neighbour came around. He was close to her brother, always visiting their house to spend time with him. Nana would sit with them in the sitting room, hardly saying a word, just listening and stealing glances at him whenever she could.
Things changed when he got her number through a friend. At first, their chats were casual, but they soon turned into long, late-night conversations. Texting him felt easier than talking face-to-face, and through those messages, Nana found herself opening up in ways she never thought she could. Before she knew it, she had fallen in love with him.
Months passed, and their bond grew stronger. Then one night, he finally confessed his feelings. Nana’s heart almost burst with joy as she told him she felt the same. For a while, everything seemed perfect, like a dream come true.
But slowly, cracks began to show. He talked more about his ex than about them, and his replies became shorter, colder. He made excuses for why he couldn’t speak or see her, and Nana started to feel the distance between them.
Now she is torn between the love she feels for him and the pain of realizing he may not be fully hers. The question remains: will their love grow stronger, or will it fall apart before it even has the chance to bloom?
